Is Give Me Another available now?
Not yet. We're preparing the Shopify app for launch. The website does not currently offer installation.
What will the app help me do?
Give Me Another focuses on presenting eligible exchanges as an alternative to refunds and offering merchant-friendly workflows.
Do shoppers have to exchange instead of receiving a refund?
We're not advertising a mandatory exchange. Legal return rights and merchant policies still apply.
